This integration is available to joint clients of bswift and ADP Workforce Now. This payroll deduction API captures data updates in bswift in near-real time and transfers the payroll deduction information to ADP Workforce Now.

Deduction Exclusion List
- If there are deduction codes that live in ADP Workforce Now but are not tracked in bswift, they can be added to the exclusion list so they won’t be included in the API transactions.
Annual Enrollment Processing
- A ceiling date is configured by the client to accommodate annual enrollment processing. This will keep the new year’s deductions from passing through the API until you are ready for the changes to be reflected in ADP Workforce Now.

- • Employees must be U.S.-based.
• Employees must be paid through ADP Workforce Now Payroll.
• Employees must have a one-to-one SSN match in ADP Workforce Now and bswift.
• Clients must allow for an estimated 4-to-6-week total implementation time frame.
Payroll Specific Requirements
- • Codes included in the integration must be built in ADP Workforce Now as Deduction Codes (not Earnings Codes or Memo Codes).
• ADP representatives can convert Earnings and Memo Codes into Deduction Codes.
• Payroll deductions are sent to ADP Workforce Now when they are saved in bswift.
